Delta sucks. Please help me….

Delta sucks. Please help me….

  1. Anonymous Guest

This morning I had a flight on Delta going from Vancouver, B.C. to Rochester, NY with stops in Minneapolis and Laguardia. The plane was scheduled to leave at 6:40 AM and arrive in Rochester at 11:02 P.M., and I checked in about 5 A.M. I had one small back pack and like two grocery store plastic bags with a couple shirts and a sweatshirt and a couple other things, like a bag of tortilla chip.
This red vest supervisor asked for my passport, and it took me a second to get it out. He was a little short with the guy who was in front of me. The red vest guy, who’s name is Micheal V. said that I would have to check a bag. I had almost nothing, especially in weight and volume. I said I would just wear the sweatshirt then and get rid of some other things, because I was not going to check in a bag. He said that I was escalating it so that he did not want me flying on the plane.
I had booked the plane to appear in court in New York State. I took a boat from an island in desolation sound B.C., drove a long way, took a ferry, then drove a long way, took another ferry, drove a ways, took the bus, walked, walked again, took the sky train to the airport, all without sleeping, and I got to the airport at about 1:30 AM, and then I waited, and didn’t go to sleep all night. I also hitched that whole way after I got to the mainland in my boat. About a 160 mile trip that took all day with constant moving.
I asked him what I did, and he wouldn’t tell me. My mom, who booked my flight, because I don’t really have internet on the island said that I got the last seat from Minneapolis to Laguardia. I was going to get into Rochester at 11:02 pm. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he said he was the supervisor. He called the RCMP on me, and they didn’t say I did anything. Michael V. said that he was going to refund my money, which I did not want. I wanted the trip I paid for on Priceline, which I could not get out of supposedly if I wanted to, which I know from past experience. If I would want to adjust the ticket, they would say they absolutely couldn’t do that.
I was incredulous, and I was completely out of gas.
I called Delta’s customers service, and the guy on the other end said that the staff at the airport have full control, and that he could not do anything and that after the money is refunded, he can’t rebook me.
Please help me. This is horrible. Delta is sooooo horrible…….
Amazingly enough, this same thing happened to me with Delta about 5 years ago at JFK. A red vest guy at Delta who was very rude who looked Iranian, denied me from getting on my flight, which I had booked for court, and he had complained about my luggage even though it fell within the measurements. That guy had called the Port Authority on me and accused me of being a terrorist!!! hahahaha I have blonde hair and I’m a white, red blooded American.
Micheal V. is an old gay guy.
