Delta April meltdown
I was totally adversely affected by Delta with their April 2017 meltdown. Nearly $1000 out of pocket. Have written to them at least 5 times. Have 4 different case numbers with auto-acknowledgment and 2 personal response promising full investigation. 3 months later the sum total is Zero. Clearly inefficient and/or planned inactivity designed to turn affected customers off proceeding further with valid claims. I would like to write to CEO or someone from whom I might get a proper response. have any class actions been commenced. Would appreciate info to help
