Can a CX first class ticket be booked from JFK-HKG-DXB with a stopover in HKG even though the highest class of service from HKG-DUB is business?

Just note that since you’ll be clearing immgration in HK on arrival, you wouldnt be able to access CX’s The Pier First Class lounge nor would you be able to access it when you return for your connection to Dubai.
However, if you’re connecting in HKG on a separate ticket the same day as your arrival, retain the boarding pass and lounge invitation and you’ll be allowed entry
