Hi Lucky/Tiffany,

I found a CX award on ba.com, but it is not seen by the AA agents over the phone. They see some CX awards but not in the class/date I wish to travel on. I tried HUACA but same response from different agent. Any other suggestions apart from HUACA?

Thanks – I checked JAL like you suggest and the award space was there. Also on Ba.com but AA agents still can’t see it! Frustrating, as they see a lot of space on BA metal but I don’t want to pay all that YQ

[USER=1683]@Bacx[/USER] — Have them enter the specific flight number, with the origin and destination, and look for first class. Don’t give them any connections or anything, just tell them you’re flying between Hong Kong and LAX or whatever. Sometimes it works if they pull it up that way.

Once you have that segment on hold, you can go back and add the other flights.
