Mike k New MemberCX canceled our flight from Hkg to Zrh to the next day. We have booked flights from Zrh for the same morning of arrival with AB. Change fee $$$ for a change to the next day. Any options (paid with sapphire travel credit.) thanks guys Mike

We booked Zrh to Txl to Muc. Called CX but they said sorry. Have a called into Alaska and they are trying to worked something out with CX since the Hkg to Zrh was booked with miles. Was told to give them 2 days to electronically talk to each other! Thanks Tiffany for replying. Mike
