Curacao on AMEX points

Curacao on AMEX points

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hi all –

My soon-to-be-in-laws (a week from now!) are planning a trip to Curacao. They have 100k+ AMEX points. They know that I’m planning a big blowout honeymoon in Hawaii and want to enlist my help in getting them to Curacao on points. I am having a hard time finding availability. I know that FlyingBlue has good redemptions to the Caribbean. Does anyone know how these flights are located or have any experience booking? Searching AirFrance just says there are no flights from Curacao. Thanks for any advice!

What is their departure airport? Avios might be an option.

    Boston would be ideal

You could use Avios for American flights (would need to connect in Charlotte or Miami, and First class would be prohibitively pricey).

I’d look at using Aeroplan miles for either Air Canada through Toronto, or Copa through Panama City.

Tiffany beat me to it. Avios on AA via MIA would be 20K each way in economy. Via CLT it jumps to 25K each way.
