CSR transaction denied on train booking

CSR transaction denied on train booking

  1. Anonymous Guest

I just tried to book a Eurostar ticket with my CSR and got denied (with a generic error message on the Eurostar site). I triple checked that all the information was accurate, but no luck after three attempts (I ended up booking with an AMEX and that worked fine). I called Chase and they said that they saw the denied transactions and the message was that the security code was incorrect (it wasn’t).

Has anyone had this happen before and found a way to fix it? I prefer to keep all my spend on a single card for expenses, so its not ideal to have to use a separate card that I mostly keep for personal expenses for a single transaction.
