Crediting Malaysian Airlines points to British Airways Executive Club

Crediting Malaysian Airlines points to British Airways Executive Club

  1. Anonymous Guest

I have flown a number of Malaysian Airlines flights in the last week, all with my BA frequent flyer number added at the time of booking and appearing on my boarding pass. However the points do not seem to be crediting. Does anyone know if it normally takes a long time (more than 5 days?) as I’ve never had such an experience with any other One World partner.

find out what your MH ticketed fare class is and check wheretocredit.com to see how many BA miles you’d earn. Call BA and check with them to see whats going on. They may need copies of your ticket and boarding pass.

Partner credits can take some time. I would give it another week before contacting BA but make sure to save your boarding passes like @David W mentions in case you need documentation.
