Costco Travel – Does it count as a travel agency?

Hey Lucky,

Just wanted to see if you knew the answer to this question.

I found some great deals on travel from costco. I can either book online or by calling.

I wanted to know if by booking through their travel, does that consider to be a travel agency or not? and if so, it should count towards 3x points on the chase sapphire reserve correct?
