    [USER=1142]@Faisal Akbar[/USER] as long as you make the booking, give them your loyalty number and stay you should get credit unless you are staying on some negotiated corporate rate that does not allow for those credits.

    Thanks for reply. It seems I will not get credit as they are making reservation and I guess that will be on corporate rate.

    Well, never hurts to add your number afterwards and see what happens–not all corporate reservations preclude points earning.

    [USER=1142]@Faisal Akbar[/USER] – I use my corporate rate and still get points. It all depends on the rate your company has negotiated. If the reservation is in your name it can’t hurt to at least give them your loyalty number at check-in to see if they can attach it to the reservation.

    As long as you do not book through online travel agencies like expedia, priceline, kayak etc you have chances of getting the points.
    If you cannot add your loyalty number or you are having a hard time to talk your corp folks on this, just ask the hotel check in associate to add the number and ask if you would accrue points or not.
    Worst case you would make some on incidentals at the least.
