Convert Marriott reward points to miles for travel from LAX-HND in April
I have about 320K points on Marriott. What should I convert it to in order to get a couple of tickets to travel from LAX-HND(Tokyo) in April 2018?Should I used Marriott Flight and hotel offer? I also have 17 free nights of hotel from Marriott also. Can I combine the two? Is it too late to convert?
Welcome @T. Ta – are there award seats available on the flights you’re interested in? If not, then I wouldn’t convert.

I am new at this. How do I look at award seats on any flight?
Which airline are you wanting to fly?

Right now AA/JAL or UA/ANA
So for AA flights you can look on the AA site. For JAL you’ll need to look on BA or QF and for both of those you’ll have to create a frequent flyer account to do so.
For UA/ANA you can use the UA website. If you’re a UA credit card holder you may have access to more seats than if you don’t.
Whichever airline you use, remember to search segment-by-segment, starting with the longhaul flights first. Once you find those, see if you can find positioning flights as needed.
Good luck!
