Citi Prestige Admirals Club Not Working…

Citi Prestige Admirals Club Not Working…

  1. Anonymous Guest

I tried to use my Citi Prestige card to get into an admirals club a little while ago and the person working at the desk said the AA ticket had to be booked using the Citi Prestige card in order to get access to the club. This had never happened to me before so I figured the agent just did not know the rules but then it happened at another admirals club. Did Citi/AA change the rules for Admirals Club access?

They did not, and that’s 100% not true. There’s not even a way for them to tell how you purchased your ticket.

Do you mind sharing the date and the lounge?
