How long does it typically take City to refund the 4th hotel night?

It’s generally pretty quick after check-out. When I’ve booked a non-refundable rate I sometimes get the credit even before the stay, but I think they technically say “on your next statement”.

Might be very “your mileage may vary” I’ve had prepaid and postpaid stays that took a while (almost 2 months!) for the 4th night refund to post. However, Tiffany and Lucky probably uses the benefit more than I do so their data points might represent more recent stays 🙂

My one data point: My stay ended on a Saturday and I think by Wednesday I’d received the email stating I’d get the credit. And I think it was within 2 weeks that I saw the credit on my account.
