If my first billing statement after card approval is 1/7/16-2/4/16, when should I try to get my 2nd airline credit? Thanks!

I believe the Prestige is unique in this regard because it is based on statement closing. So you should be able to charge it after your statement closes in Dec and the credit would show up in your January statement.
