citi consolidate credit lines?

citi consolidate credit lines?

  1. Anonymous Guest

I have both the citi Premier and the Citi AA platinum select card. I’m thinking of getting rid of the Premier card (only really got it last year for the 50K bonus, which I’ve achieved). I wanted to combine that line of credit with the line of credit on my AA card. Does Citi allow this?

Some banks will let you move credit around, this is sort of a stretch of that. It’s best to call the bank and ask. They may be able to move all or some of your credit into the other card. YMMV.

I’d had the regular AA card for years and got 2 of the Execs when they first came out. A year later I cancelled the Execs and they let me move most of the credit back to the regular AA card and I think I had the Double Cash by that time too.
