Check in time at airport

I am travelling from Seattle to London, via San Francisco. When I check in at Seattle, do I allow 3 hours for an international flight, or 1 hour 15 minutes for a domestic flight?

Domestic, although I think the usual guidelines are 2 hours (https://www.portseattle.org/Sea-Tac/Traveler-Updates/Pages/Travel-Tips.aspx).

I’d aim for 2 hours, especially if youre checking bags
