I got the CSR in February with the 100k point sign up bonus.
If I apply for the CSP now am i still eligible to receive the 50k point sign up bonus on that card too?? Thanks.

Have you signed up for any other cards in the past 24 months? The Chase Preferred card is subject to their 5 cards in 24 months rule. Have you ever had the card and/or bonus before?
Otherwise, you should be fine!
