Buying miles from a broker?

  1. Anonymous

    Hi lucky and other fellow travellers,

    I came across this website [REDACTED] and I’d like to know whether they’re legit or not?

    Is it a good deal to buy miles at 0.0175 cents per mile?

    hi lucky and fellow readers,

    are those website legit? anyone ever try to buy miles from those websites?

    is it a good deal to buy miles at 0.0175 USD per miles (from [REDACTED]) ?

  3. Anonymous

    I wouldn’t, personally. The airlines often have sales when purchasing miles directly, so it doesn’t seem worth the risk, especially not at that price.

    Hi Nifty! Thanks for reaching out, but we do not deal with mileage brokers, and actively discourage our clients and Ben’s readers from doing so.

    There are plenty of legitimate options for procuring miles and points, and we wouldn’t want anyone to jeopardize their travel or accounts.

    Hi @Alex Gray, and welcome!

    That is not a legitimate website, and we would not recommend purchasing miles that way.

    @Steve Martin — Welcome!

    We do not support the brokering of miles here. Not only is it against program terms and conditions, but it often leads to a very poor experience for people who don’t know better.

    As such, we cannot facilitate introductions, and strongly encourage you to seek out legitimate options.
