Bugs in room
Lucky, I just recently returned from trip to India. While in Hyderabad I stayed in at Park Hyatt near Jubilee Hills. 2 weeks. Almost every night of my stay, I observed cockroaches in my room. I told management about it. They offered to put me in new room. I declined because, where there is one, there are going to be many. Also I just changed my room to an interior one due to street noise. What would you do? I have yet to write Hyatt about this. Have not yet posted any online review. I think they need to fumigate.
Thanks, Darren
It depends what you want….
if you want them to clean the room, just tell them and attach pictures if you have any.
if you want some type of financial compensation, since you were offered a solution and even refused to try it (to change room), I don’t think they will do anything. Usually when such trouble happens, I change room or even hotel if other rooms have same issue and ask some complimentary breakfast or drinks or upgrade.
