Hi Ben, I have avios saved up and a BA coupon for two to fly the same class of service for the avios of one. I haven’t been able to find any availability on their web site. Do you have any recommendations on what routes I should be looking at or approaches I should be following?

Those coupons can be a pain to use. I’d start by looking at destinations served by BA that are in off season although this is no guarantee of availability. Also remember that taxes and fees are charged per person so will be fairly high if you are looking at long distance premium cabins.
