Booking for someone with Hilton

Booking for someone with Hilton

    Hi!

Can you please tell me how to book reservations through Hhonors in someone else’s name and I still receive the points? Basically need to do this for my husband’s work so his name is on the receipt for reimbursement.

    Thank you!

Welcome @Ksegur – you’d need to book it in your name and have him listed as another person on the reservation. You might also want to put a note on the reservation that he’ll be arriving first, implying that you’ll be joining later (even if you won’t). If his has to be the primary person listed for business purposes, I don’t think you’ll be able to do that. And I don’t think his name would print out on the invoice anyway as an additional guest.

But the cool thing about Hilton is that you can pool points. He can earn the point under his own name and, when y’all are ready to redeem, he can transfer them to you (up to 500K per year) for the redemption. You don’t even have to be related to do this. I have a couple of travel buddies and we do this so I can book the reservations and we can all take advantage of my Diamond status.
