Have you tried other airports that CX serves? West coast SFO and YVR and ORD,YYZ, BOS, JFK, EWR on the east.
I’d also consider JAL to Tokyo and connecting. From Tokyo you can fly either JL or CX to HKG and get on the CX/KA flights to DPS. You can also fly JL or MH to KUL and get on an MH flight to DPS. KUL-DPS on MH has multiple frequencies and i think its wide open
