Book the Cook SAS Code Share Singapore

    Hi

Just wondering if any one knows if you can use the Singapore Airlines “book the cook” service when your booking is thru Scandinavian Airlines (code share) Have 4 sectors from SYD to AMS via Singapore return coming up.

You should be able to. Are you running into problems?

Issue appears to be that as I booked through Scandanvian Airlines, when I enter the booking number (6 digits) it just says “changes must be through booking airline” or words to that effect. Not a huge deal as on board menu’s are generally good just my partner was hanging out for the lobster

Are you able to see your reservation on SQ’s site using the number SAS gave you? If not, get SAS to give you the equivalent SQ number. If you are able to see your reservation on SQ’s site then I’d recommend calling SQ directly.

Thanks for the info. I can see booking on SQ site but unable to change detail (meals or seats) without reference to SAS (note I can change seats via “check my trip” app, just not meals. Will Give SQ a call and see what happens. Thanks again

We’ve booked Sydney-Copenhagen with Scandinavian and flying all legs with Singapore.
