Personally I would choose
737 (Boeing Sky Interior FTW)
A321 (757 so old, 797 not released)
A330 (Newer, more spacious)
A340 (I’m a sucker for those hair dryers mounted to the wing, makes for beautiful photos)
A380 (Just a feat of engineering, I am amazed every time I see one taking off)
A350 (better economy seats, more spacious cabin, blackout Windows)
