Best transatlantic business class product?

    Hi,

I am looking at a trip from the UK to New York at some point in the near future. Which airline do people think provide the best hard and soft product for transatlantic business class?

    Cheers

Are you looking for a direct NYC-LON flight?

    Paid or miles?

If miles, what kind do you have?

If paid, are you looking to earn miles or status from this trip?

Lucky would probably tell you that the best J on a direct flight is BA F class.

You will not get the best out a product on such a short flight, be they hard or soft.

For direct flight consider looking into Virgin Atlantic. Not perfect, but great lounges on the ground.

BA J is very tight and frankly not up there with the best.

And that probably leaves the US3 if you want a direct flight, you should find reviews for both AA and Delta on Lucky’s blog.

Also consider AF if you can get their new J cabin to Paris. Euro J sucks, but it’s a short flight to LON.

LH true FRA or MUC might be a good option if you get a plane with new J config, and LH pilots are not on strike again. Again Euro J to LON.
