jznewby New MemberI live in a country that is almost exclusively cash only. At least 95% of my purchases are made in local currency.
I have always wanted to start collecting points but have never applied for a credit card because from my very limited knowledge I assume most have high foreign transaction fees and high atm withdrawal fees.
Is this true?
Given I pull around 95% of my monthly costs from an atm is there any card that would work for me?

Since we deal in US credit cards around here I don’t know that we know the answer to that. You’d have to scope out cards available in your country.
But even here while we do have a few debit cards that earn miles, none that I know of earn miles for ATM withdrawals.
