A quick question.
In general who has the best (read, most serviceminded and kindly) cabin crew in first class? LH or AF? I know you are in favor of AF taking all the products into account in F but if you should just evaluate the staff?

Would AF still be your number one compared to LH if they did not have their gorgeus La Premiere lounge in CDG?

Im trying to pick one of them for my trip in first. I had similar prices for both, bit now AF is more expensive so, i guess LH is the one..

That’s a pretty subjective question. I really think it varies by the actual crew. Even within the airline, some crews will be better than others. I didnt think the crews on LH F were over-the-top fantastic but service was quick, efficient and kind. I havent flown AF F but from some reviews that float around, its also excellent. I dont think you will go wrong with either airline though, given that you’ll have access to the AF F lounge at CDG or the LH FCT if you’re travelling via Frankfurt.

Outside of these airlines, I believe crews on SQ are excellent, as Ben has said quite a few times. CX also has pretty great crews, as well as EY and EK, but of course, YMMV.
