Bad Lufthansa 1st Class Service
My question to you is this, what is the best way to let Lufthansa know that my recent First Class flight experience from Chicago to Frankfurt was so bad it makes we want to never fly Lufthansa again? Mind you I paid to upgrade from Business to First with cash.
I complained about my horrible, horrible LH 1st class experience via their website. I forget how but I remember I had to kind of dig through the website to find the correct page, not intuitive at all. My flight was paid cash, no upgrade, no points. I eventually received a very small check from LH. I am not one the LH 1st fanboys.
