BA club vs first

BA club vs first

I finally have enough AVIOS and a companion voucher to go London to New York for 2 people! I have travelled BA club very occasionally but never first. My question for this who have is this: Should I travel club both ways OR should I blow all my AVIOS (an extra 20k points) to upgrade to first one way. Is the difference worth it?

Muhunthan–Products vary by plane type, schedule etc. Have you considered reading Ben’s trip reports? They are very well organized under the “Trip Reports” link at the top of the page and will help you in your decision making by weighing the things that are important to you.

Since you’re using the companion voucher, I’d say it’s absolutely worth the small mileage premium to book F, if you can find availability. Huge difference between business and first on BA.
