    Hi Lucky

Long time reader of the blog and really love it.

I used to fly a lot for work (OWE) but now have settled into a HK-based job where I travel only a few times a year in economy, as opposed to premium cabins like before.

I am travelling for work to London and my wife and newborn (currently 3 months old) will be coming with. Work will reimburse the price of an economy flight on Cathay and I am allowed to cover the additional cost.

I have 73000 Asia Miles at the moment – so not an awful lot but was looking for a way to fly business or at least premium economy without breaking the bank. Dates are 26 June to 2 July (HK to London return trip). Haven’t had any luck in figuring out a good strategy for this and would really appreciate any pointers.

Problem with infant travel and awards is that airlines generally charge a cash price in % of adult revenue tickets.
