The reservation process is clunky at best. I tried to book a place on 31 March. I received an email on the 1st saying they were confirming the details. No info from them until today when I called (took two calls to get through). I spoke with an agent and they said they’d get back to me. A few hours later, I get an email saying the unit is already booked. Fortunately, I had a backup reservation already booked.

I curious if this process is the norm, or was I just unlucky?

What is Oasis? Some sort of home reservation service?
