MASflyer New MemberHi Lucky – with the merger with SPG taking place next month, can we expect that Marriott becomes an AMEX MR transfer partner (replacing SPG)? I’m up in Canada where the value to transfer to SPG is 1000 MR = 500 SPG (1000 MR = 1500 Marriott) so I am debating pulling the trigger on this if they will not be a partner post-merger.

I’d assume they’d stay partners given that Amex will still issue credit cards for the new program.
