Anonymous Guestbeen a member of amex 18 yrs plus platinum card personal. Applied for a gold business card got approved they was a joining bonus of 20000 miles if i spent 3k in first 3 months, did that and was then told because you already have a platinum personal card you cant have the bonus points. Thought that was a bit slippery and misleading and un fair. Anyone else had a similar experience.??
