American Express taking miles out of account.

I recently disputed two credit card charges on my gold delta amex card (They were fraudulent, made 150 miles away from where I am at). I received miles (in my delta skymiles account) for those purchases, when the dispute is approved (charges removed or deemed fraudulent) will those miles be removed by Amex? If so would that cause delta to close my skymiles account for abuse?

How many miles are you talking about? I cannot speak for Amex / Delta, but I have had the same issue with Barclays / AA, and AA never contacted me – but it was only hundreds (less than 300 total). I think you should be OK, unless there is a pattern of this happening in the past.

Yes the miles will be removed from Amex & SkyMiles. Shouldnt be an issue with Delta, though if it is, just call them and explain. You’re definitely not the first this has happened to.
