Anonymous GuestI have lots of miles and Ex Plat Status on American. It seems that since of the beginning of the year it is impossible to use System Upgrades for Business to First or Economy to Business on any international flight. In addition it is getting more difficult to book a Business class ticket with points. Anyone else seeing this unfortunate trend?
