American Airlines Refunds

American Airlines Refunds

How do I go about trying to get a refund for a flight to Newark scheduled to leave in a week where AA has changed the flights times on both legs of the flight by over 2 hours on one leg and over 4 hours on another?

How amenable is AA to refunding rather than offering me a voucher? In other words, do I just call and hope for the best?

    Thanks,

The 4+ hour change entitles you to a refund. Just call and be firm, nice but firm.
