All EK award space has disappeared
All EK award space disappeared this past Tuesday. Dates up until 09/09/16 still showed up on AS’s site but weren’t bookable and today with the availability posted for 09/10/16 only Y space is showing. On ExpertFlyer all D and Z seats have disappeared. Surprised no blogs have posted about this yet given how popular AS awards on EK are.
Because it’s not true. I just booked an EK F award for a client about five minutes ago using Alaska miles.
There is definitely something wrong with the connection to ExpertFlyer though.

Tiffany, check 09/10/16, which just opened up on the AS calendar today. There’s nothing available in J or F at all on EK. I’ve been watching days open up on a daily basis for the past couple weeks in anticipation of 09/17/16 and 09/18/16 opening up because I need to book a flight on one of those two days. Up until today pretty much the same amount of award seats were available. On the route I was looking at both were wide open in both classes until today. I guess we’ll see what tomorrow brings.
Weird. Space in J and F just showed up on Alaska for EK on 09/10/16. Previously availability for all cabins has shown up at the same time. This has got to be some kind of IT issue.
The 11th has J and F available on Alaska’s site. Space still missing from EF though.
