Anyone have suggestions about the getting a full refund for two Premium Economy seats r/t LAX-FCO in May? Alitalia is only issuing vouchers and/or rebooking but neither scenario works. How do I get a full refund for the tickets? Help!

Did Alitalia cancel your flights or did you cancel? If they cancel your flights, my interpretation of the policy is that you can request a refund. If you cancel, then the voucher is the only option.
