Airline Profile?

Airline Profile?

  1. Anonymous Guest

Hey Lucky – What information can be added to your airline profile on their end? Are you able to see notes they write about you?

I called in to UA after I noticed an airfare I had purchased had gone down. The agent was super nice and refunded me the difference. I had to call back again since they re-booked the wrong flight. The next agent told me how this was wrong and I should have to pay the fare difference, and that she would note on my profile that I am aware of all change policies and will have to pay in the future.

So that got me thinking…what is on my profile that agents can see? Is there a way I can request that information? Thanks!

I’m not sure if that information can be requested but usually for issues like yours, its note’s that are attached to the ticket record. Unless you had your FFN linked to the ticket, they’d probably only be able to see whatever information was provided when you purchased your ticket, details, transaction history and just those notes.
