Just writing to see if you could reach out to your contacts and confirm my suspicions…. it appears as if aircanda is now charging eupgrades on a per flight segment basis. Instead of on a per trip basis.
As an example: a flight from yul to yvr connecting through yyz would cost a total of 11 credits (or less depending on fate class). I am just trying to upgrade now (after waiting on hold for nearly 2 hours) and they are quoting upgrade requirements on a per flight basis.
