Aeroplan- SWISS no longer available?

Aeroplan- SWISS no longer available?

  1. Steve H New Member

I have always flown with SWISS to Europe because its one of the only airlines with low fuel surcharges on Aeroplan. It seems they have completely removed SWISS as of a few weeks ago. I called and supposedly they have issues with certain airlines. Has anyone experienced this as well? Is this part of Aeroplan devaluation as of 2020?

Yes the issue with Aeroplan unable to see or book SWISS awards is being called an IT glitch that has not been fixed nor is there known date when it will be corrected.

Air Canada is saying that they will not renew their contract with Aeroplan once it ends in 2020. This is unrelated to the problems with SWISS awards

Looks like swiss is bookable again using Aeroplan…. Yay.
