I booked a flight using Aeroplan miles on LH F and need to add a lap infant. The only problem is that the call center is “Unable to service you due to higher than average call volume”.
Our flight leaves tomorrow night. Quick questions:
– Is Aeroplan able to add a lap infant less than 24 hours before departure?
– What about 6 hours before departure?
– How common is it for the call center to kick you out (vs long wait times)? -
