Aeroplan availability issues?
Hi OMAAT Team,
I’m trying to book LH F with Aeroplan miles, and the Aeroplan site is showing availability on the dates I need, but I’m unable to book it online. When I called, they said the seats are no longer available and that Lufthansa hasn’t updated the availability.
Have you had this happen before? Aeroplan is showing F and J availability on a bunch of dates and according to the call center none of the availability is for real–I transferred points from Amex to book it and now I’m stuck with the points in Aeroplan and no options to book, even in economy. Any ideas or ways around this?

Probably nothing you can do about the point transfer but I would try checking on availability using the United website or the ANA website. If they are showing space it might be worth another call. If not it is likely ghost space.
