Aer Lingus Lost Luggage

Aer Lingus Lost Luggage

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hi there,

So I have a question. Do you have any advice on how to go about locating missing luggage?

On a direct flight from Dublin to Chicago on July 11, 2017 my bag was lost somewhere. They said it would probably be on the next flight due in that night, but it never appeared. I filled out the missing baggage form and have checked the tracer website and called but still no-one knows where my bag went. Its so frustrating…I mean, I went through US pre clearance there in Dublin where they showed my a photo of my bag at the customs dept set up before you board plane…..how did it not get on?!

I have so many clothes and special items I was bringing home for my daughters that are now who knows where. 🙁 I’ve called (both the Dublin phone as well as the US phone), I’ve tweeted, I’ve facebooked, I’ve submitted a claim for items I had to buy while waiting for my bag….I’m as a loss as for what to do next.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks so much!!
    Shelly

It is amazing how luggage could get lost on a non-stop, isn’t it? Chris Elliott has some contacts on his site. Hopefully one of them will be able to help:
