    Lucky,

    I’ve been awaiting an email confirmation for Ask Lucky. Have requested a resend of the confirmation email many times without luck. Checked inbox and spam but nothing shows. Double checked email address and it is correct. Ant advice on how to get this to work? Thanks

    Any chance of confirming my account? Posted earlier this week that the confirmation email was not received and have tried to resend it numerous times. I am able to start a new thread but unable to post in any others or even reply to the one I started because of insufficient privileges. Any help would be appreciated.

    It still didn’t work so I used another user ID and email and started the process all over again and that did the trick.

    Hi Tiffany, not sure if there was a lag on the back end the whole week, but I typically receive the email notifications pretty quickly when someone replies to a thread I’m following. I hadn’t received any since June 2nd, and suddenly got 20+ emails last night.

    Just a heads up if it’s something you wanted to look into!
