Access to Air NZ International Lounge (AKL)

Access to Air NZ International Lounge (AKL)

My wife is flying United Global First from AKL to SFO (thanks to an early morning alert from ExpertFlyer), and I’m wondering if she’ll be able to access the Air NZ lounge in Auckland. From Air NZ’s website, it sounds like only Air NZ business class passengers + elites get access, but it seems weird to me that they wouldn’t open it up to other Star Alliance first class passengers. There’s a decent PP lounge she can access if not, but it’s not as nice.

If it’s a StarGold lounge , she should have access. If not, then you should check Uniteds website to see what lounge they use at AKL

Hi mate definitely your wife will have access to the Air nz business international lounge. Search lounge finder star alliance for confirmation if you like.

Btw, I think ua global first is a pretty nice product. I’ve had some great ua attendants lately in all classes. My wife flew it from Rome to Chicago and really enjoyed it (I got some great credit for booking! 🙂 not as fancy as lh maybe but I think still really great experience

Any international premium class customer has access. It’s a beautiful lounge. Have a look
