About the new LAX T4 TBIT airside connector
There has been considerable discussion about the recently completed airside corridor between the AA terminal and the Tom Bradley Intl Terminal at LAX. Most of the comments deal with going from T4 to TBIT.
I arrived today on AA from London at gate 155 in TBIT and had to go through immigration, customs, and baggage recheck which dumped me out onto the sidewalk where I walked to T4 and went through TSA precheck there. Is there any way to take advantage of the airside connection in going from TBIT to T4 or is it really designed for traffic in the other direction.
Ah, you can go between them once you’re airside, but if you’re arriving from an international flight you have to clear immigration and then reclear security. Sounds like you did it correctly!
