AA Million Miler Help!

AA Million Miler Help!

  1. Anonymous Guest

My wife has 992k million miler miles with AA. We have a trip to London and Paris from JFK planned for next week and the total miles for the trip will put her short by about 300. My family will be on this flight and I was hoping to “celebrate” with her so she doesn’t hit the milestone on a shuttle flight to BOS by herself for business. Does anyone have experience getting in touch with AA so they will acknowledge the feat— and Id like to order a cake( and pay for it of course).

Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated!

I think twitter is the best way to go about this – typically the social media teams are the best for special requests

I agree with Ricky. Would go in with low expectations of them doing anything before the milestone has been achieved.

As someone who doesnt do social media, I’ve called the customer service desks at various times for celebration type things and had fairly good success (wedding anniversary, that sort of thing). As Guarav mentioned though, I would not expect anything until the milestone is achieved – or you are at least onboard the flight which will trigger the achievement.
