I know you love American Airlines as much as how I am loyal to your blog. So, I just read something interesting. Can you please provide your expert professionalism on it? How valid is it? I guess this is why many AA employees on short or medium domestic flights are not happy with their jobs. I would concur with them. I know you have been providing your opinions in regards to AA service standards, so this may shed some light.
