Hello,

I’m asking this question on behalf of my friend. A few weeks ago my friend was planning a trip to Aspen, CO (via Denver International Airport). He was flying with American Airlines when a the flight was cancelled due to maintenance needed in the plane. They promised a refund but still haven’t gotten one yet. Anyone have thoughts?

Did he submit for a refund and they denied it? Or he’s still waiting?
